List 12 to 15 colleges, mark the exam each accepts, compare on fees, curriculum, location and placements, then split into reach, match and safe. Revisit after your score.
Five steps
- List colleges you would genuinely attend.
- Exams. Note which exam each accepts: CAT, MAH-CET, NMAT, SNAP, XAT, CMAT.
- Compare on the grid below.
- Band them: reach, match, safe.
- Revisit after the result.
The grid
| College | Exam accepted | Fees (total) | Curriculum notes | Location | Placement report | Band |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
What rankings do not tell you
- What the electives look like in your area of interest
- Whether the placement figure counts everyone or only those who sat for placements
- Your commute or hostel costs
- Whether the faculty you want is still there
Maharashtra examples
One portal says MAH-CET is accepted by 300+ colleges, including JBIMS, SIMSREE, PUMBA, K. J. Somaiya, N. L. Dalmia and DSIMS. Use this as a starting point and check each college’s admission page.
Where this doesn’t apply
We rank no college and do not state cut-offs. A shortlist method cannot tell you which college is right for you. That depends on your goals and your budget.
Accepting colleges from Cracku’s MAH MBA CET 2027 page, third-party. The method is our own.
