Do this on day one
- Download and print the admit card.
- Check name, photo, category and the exam details line by line.
- Note the slot, the reporting time and the full centre address.
- Save a copy on your phone and email it to yourself.
Plan the route
Your centre may not be in your own suburb. If you live in Kharghar, Panvel, Nerul or Belapur, check how long it takes to reach the centre for your reporting time, and what the traffic looks like at that hour. A morning slot means leaving early. Consider the night before at a relative’s if the distance is long.
For what to bring, see our CAT exam day checklist.
Where this doesn’t apply
Slot timings in this post come from one portal and may differ from your admit card. We have not listed the documents allowed in the centre, because those rules are on the official instructions. Read them when you download your card.
Admit card window and exam date: Careers360’s CAT 2026 notification article and Cracku’s CAT 2026 date page. Slot timings: Cracku only. All third-party. We could not open iimcat.ac.in from our workspace.
