As of late September 2026, the NIRF 2026 management ranking was reported as not yet released. The latest official list is NIRF 2025, led by IIM Ahmedabad. Use rankings to build a shortlist, not to end it.

How to use a ranking
- Shortlist, then dig. Rankings are an average of many parameters. They do not tell you about the course you will actually sit in.
- Look at your reach. A top-10 list matters only if your exam score can get you there. Be honest about your range.
- Add fit. Location, fees, specialisation and what the placement figures count all matter.

Where this doesn’t apply
The 2026 list may be out by the time you read this. We have not checked nirfindia.org and we do not rank colleges ourselves. Several good Maharashtra colleges are not in a top-10 list, and that does not make them a poor choice.
